I think I'm fighting off something. I usually tolerate night shifts well, but my last set were brutal. I required loads of extra sleep on the weekend and all my joints ache. Never-the-less, I plugged through my day shift and headed off to the gym right after work today. I was hoping to break the sluggish achy feelings. Well, it wasn't one of my better feeling workouts, but I pushed through it and i'm heading to bed earlier than usual. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
