I was pressed for time yesterday, given some new restrictions I'm working with, so my brother decided to pick up the pace on our workout yesterday after work. After a short cardio warmup I tried to keep up. We completed it 1/2 hour faster than usual. Focused on techique and no yacking between sets we managed quite well. Making the best of it.
