There was a switch, my brother had a family crisis that didn't involve bailing me out. One of his sons has been hospitalized and it looks like he'll be there a few weeks. We didn't have a lot of time and the weather wasn't cooperating so we hit the Elliptical X-trainers and ran from our problems for at least 40 minutes.

Level 10, 40 minutes, 4.96 miles...my brother clocked in 8.76 miles in the same time. When I grow up, I'm going to be like my younger brother.
