I got in a solo workout yesterday. It was overdue and much needed. My time has been is greatly restricted and it may take a few weeks to sort that out. I managed a cardio with my weights, but I held back on the weights a bit because I didn't have a partner to spot me. I also skipped the cable cross-over because I couldn't remember how to do it and I didn't want to mess up and hurt myself by doing it wrong. I've since reviewed the video and am ready next time round.
My diet has been improving and I've lost another inch at the waist and 5 lbs.
