Had a speedy workout with my brother again. We blazed through the routine while my nephews swam were at their team practice. I made some improvements with my weights. Even though I struggled a bit, I managed them while still maintaining my form. My brothers taunting "you can do another...and another" edged me me on to some increased weights and reps. Gotta love him, he was spotting me. Over all it was a good workout that ended in a nice and hot sauna. Feel the burn, then melt away.
