I got in a 1/2 hour walk at lunch time today then a weight session after supper. I lucked out training with my brother again. Near the end of our quick paced session I caught him increasing the weights when I wasn't looking. And I thought I was just getting really tired. Rob thought I needed to break through a mental weight barrier I had. In retrospect, I surprised myself with the results, but I'm sure going to feel it in the morning as my shoulders and arms are throbbing a burn I hadn't experienced before.
