I'm having some technical difficulties with my personal computer so my blogs may be less frequent until I get it resolved. I'm not AWOL or on some eating binge in some dark corner. I am still on the program and exercising and eating well.
My nephew is back in the hospital with a major relapse, so my brother may not join me for workouts as often. That's life. It's not what happens to you during the heaps of bovine droppings that fly your way, but what you do to handle it, that really matters.
Anyway, I got my brother to join me in yesterdays workout that worked our backs more than ever. The cardio was shortened due to time constraints, but we pushed at a quick pace and finished feeling better about things.
