I had the opportunity to get in a workout before my night shift and made the best of it. My brother is out of town on a work related course, so I was fending for myself. I was determined to push as hard as when we train together..within reason as I didn't have a spotter. Mostly shoulders chest and tricep and the best solo burn I've had in a while. It was a gorgeous day and I also took advantage of a brisk 1/2 hour walk.
