It was a solo workout again, but I made the best of it. Tonight's workout really worked out the chest and shoulders and I surprised myself with the weights I could do safely by myself. Come to think of it, I'll bet that this mornings favorable court rulings lifted a huge load off my back, so I probably was able to lift more. I was going to follow-up with a weigh-in and measurements, but it will need to wait until tomorrow.
