This is the start of my 3rd 12 week session. I worked out solo today, but after the day I had, it was necessary to put in a great effort to flush those stress hormones from my body and mind. Overall I was pleased with my effort. I probably could have lifted more weight, but with no partner I opted for safety and added a few reps and a good cardio instead.This new session, it looks like I'll be doing more sets so I figure I see more results. Looking forward to it and now I'm looking forward to a good sleep.
