Had a good morning workout with my brother. We got to add some other leg exercises (inner & outer thigh) since we both can't do squats, lunges and leg presses due to bad knees. We also added a cable machine that worked the obliques. We keep busy throughout and based on the rubbery arms post workout, we're going to feel it tomorrow. I plan on wearing my muscle warmth with pride.
