I finally got in another full workout. I've been on the road for the last 4 days so most of my physical activities revolved around some good long daily walks and abs. I've stuck to my diet for the most part and kept my portions within good limits. I got in a weight session today and plan a good walk before my 6 hour drive back home at noon Monday. I was particularly proud of geeting in two sets of 100 cruches in a row. I had been challenged by my brother to reach 100 by the end of the month and I'm ahead of schedule.
