I had a rough day dealing with legal stuff. Some days it's overwhelming and today was one of those days. I got my brother to join me for a therapeutic lifting session and he didn't disappoint me. Lots of reps and feeling plenty fatigued when I was done, which is a whole lot better than feeling down.
Today ended better than it started and tomorrow is another day to look forward to.
