Started week 2 of the Phz 5/5 day plan. Back workout on today. That was different. Mondays are usually "National Chest Day" at my gym. Took minimal rest time and workout took about 1:20. Burned 750 cal without cardio, not bad. Calorie count for me is my gauge for how hard I'm working, not for seeing how many pounds I take off. Another excellent workout! I'm ready for tomorrow!
