Back on the 13th of May I started to withdraw from a medicine I was going off of but didn't know it could be like this...no fun at all, major withdrawals. I also quit smoking which was good but a killer on my head going off 2 at a time, not that I expected it from the medicine. I've been slowly reducing the dose for a year and stopped end of May but it isn't fun..anyway I have been losing weight actually more than expected. I don't mind just know I'm not eating all that much right now either, which isn't good.

If I eat all that it comes to about 1500 calories which is ok just seems like something is missing..I drink alot of water actually that is my main drink. I have a diet coke now and then but not like I use to, limit to 3 or 4 cans a day, and the rest is water.
Any suggestions for a better diet Julia?
