A little disappointed at myself today. I went to bed early last night to get a good nights rest with the intention of getting up ealry enough to have a leisurely breakfast and to get everything ready. Best laid plans. I didn't get up any earlier than usual ( still got 8hrs though). I had prepared my food the night before but in the morning I realized that I didn't have enough veggies in the house. I had to supplement with a veggie salad from Subway.
I didn't eat on schedule either. I only got in 4 meals today. My 4th meal was a protein shake after my workout followed by a tossed salad and a couple of small squares of cheese.
I also forgot to write down my workout for the day. So, I did the leg workout from the previous week. But even though I'm a little disappointed at myself, I still did very well with my meals and workouts. It was definitely a low carb day and I still burned 777 cal in my workout. Tomorrow i'll be a little off schedule due to a squadron function (I work for the USAF) but I plan to stick to my regimen for the most part.
