Changed up my workout today. Gave my shoulder a break and worked bi's and abs. Again, I used cable machines. I did the most reps I've ever done for abs this workout. Really feeling it. 4 exercises,1 set at 50ea, 1set at 25ea- 300reps total. My normal ab routine is about 150-175 reps. For bi's I did 3 sets of "21's" and 3 sets of cable concentration curls. I'm really getting a good pump with the cables with lighter weight. Did 30 min of cardio - 10min before workout an 20min after the weights. Diet today:
Meal 1- Cheeseburger and fries
Meal 2- Healthy Choice Red Pepper Chicken Alfredo
Meal 3- Protein Shake (pre workout)
Meal 4- Healthy Choice Italian wedding soup
Meal 5- Healthy Choice Chicken tortilla Soup

Not enough calories or protein today. My day normally starts at 6pm. Day off yesterday, slept in til 8pm. Missed the salad bar, burger and fries were impulse buys.
