I have found a great variety of healthy food and I love it all! So YAY!
Today, as most days, I am on track for my calorie count and Protein/carb/fat balance. Being a giant even at a healthy weight, I try to get 2500 calories in a day and usually fall short by 100 to 200 calories. But my energy is good and I am losing fat so I know I am on the right track.

I did one of my two standard breakfasts:

4 oz of my home made whole wheat/flax seed bread and 2 Tblsp of natural peanut butter with a scoop of whey protein in my coffee.

Second meal was Cumberland gap 3% fat ham sandwich on the same bread. I don't usually eat that much bread in one day, but I am still in my calories and balance.

I will make fish or chicken later, probably fish tonight as I feel chickened out, with some green veggie or another depending on what moves me.

I will have a work out today, Legs.... whomever developed lunges is evil.....

I will have a protein shake after the work out as a meal and I will probably do something with egg whites for another, maybe an egg white omelet with spinach and fat free cheese or sour cream.

There is no great victory without a great challenge. -me-
