The project of taking the trash from house renovation to the dump went well. Got rid of a lot of things just taking up space in the house waiting to be taken to the dump. Was a great way to burn some calories and feel better about my house!

The one thing that happened that I am amused at is at the end of the day when I put my final foods on my list, I was very short on calories and high on fat. I was looking at grams of things, and forgot that the fat calories are over double per gram when I ate a half cup of walnuts. So I made up for the calories with some protein and came in right at 2500 but was still a little high on the fat for the day.

Today I will cook chicken and pork loin to have for the week of packed lunches and a couple of dinner meals. I need to boil eggs, make bread (in a bread machine), and cut up some green pepper, onions, and carrots for salads this week as well.
