First, I have lost fifty pounds in 14 weeks. More importantly I am fitting into old clothes and I have been putting on muscle mass.
I will have a busy work day Monday. I will be covering a large area and have every expectation to be gone a full ten to twelve hours. So I will pack my meals tonight before bed. I hope I get back in time to get a work out in, however most Mondays for the last few months I haven't been able to work out, I have ended up doing a Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday or Saturday lifting schedule.
Sunday ended up with 2200 calories, 300 short of my goal. But Protein/carb/fat ratios were right on.
Got eggs boiled, cooked pork loin and chicken for lunches all week, as well as some cumberland gap 3% fat ham for proteins and salad and frozen veggies as well as some potatoes I baked today for carbs.
