So I got to lift yesterday as my fluid schedule changed several times yesterday. Leg/back/bicep workout. As I have said I am really trying to push the amount of weight to maximize my workout. This resulted in another evening of not doing cardio that same day. So I will work it in this week to make sure I do enough cardio. I am also reaching a point where I will need to buy more weight for the home gym as I am starting to max out on leg work outs and I am not far behind on some of the upper body exercises.

Calorie intake was dead on yesterday.

I have run into what seems to be a pattern after leg/back work outs. I work out in the evening. I go to bed several hours later. The first two or three hours I sleep hard, and then wake up to sore muscles. This happened last night. So I was up at 1am, took some ibuprofen, read for about an hour while I waited for it to work, and then went back to sleep eventually. The real problem is getting out of bed for work the next day. It was all I could do to get up this morning and be on time for work.

I don't want to make a habit of taking ibuprofen before bed every work out day. And it has usually only been after the back and leg workouts. I am assuming that is because the size of the leg and back muscles is somewhat larger than the arms and chest and so they have the power to wake me up. Need to find a solution.
