Last night I ended up 500 calories short. Protein/carb/fat was dead on.
Probably why I woke up hungry this morning, I mean Really hungry.
Gave myself last night off and got some good sleep. I still feel Mondays workout in my biceps. Will work out this evening. Phase 4 chest triceps work out. I forget which week, but I use the online tool to log it so all I have to do is pull it up.
Lunches are packed so I have my food for the work day ready. Hope to get back in time to work out prior to my fourth meal. I seem to get the best work out that way with a meal to follow and then the last meal of the day a few hours later.

Funny how we affect others. Since I announced to my friends and family that I have lost 50 pounds, I have aunts that have facebooked that they are dusting off treadmills, my sister bought a home gym, and a number of friends are starting to consider not just weight, but their general health and their current lifestyle.
