I fell 200 calories short of my goal yesterday, but that is okay. Got the balance of P/C/F correct. Got a good lifting work out in and did my cardio. I felt like I was doing well on the cardio, but when I finished I felt as if I could have pushed the pace a little more on the treadmill so I will step up the next cardio session.

I often say my schedule is fluid because flexible is too rigid. And today I after the third change to my schedule I will be working installing a mammography unit. This means some serious physical labor for the first few hours. So extra work out! Obviously since it is part of my job I don't worry about trying to log it as exercise, but my body knows!

Lunches are packed for the day, and I have a case of bottled water in the car...just have to unfreeze it when I get to the site.
