I was going to wait until this evening to blog today, but as I have a few moments I thought I would make sure I got it done today.
Yesterday calories and P/C/F balance was on. I ran short of calories but added two cups of no fat lite yogurt to make up the difference and keep the balance.
Leg work out today, I previewed it and noticed that there are a couple of leg break downs. I wish I would have looked at it yesterday and I would have done cardio instead of taking the day off. Now I need to do the leg work out and cardio. I may do a thirty minute break between or something to ensure I get a good cardio work out at home. In this cold weather the treadmill is all I have as my heavy bag hangs outside the house and I am just too heavy to do aerobics in my old old house. So treadmill it is!
Have a fairly full weekend, so I will get on the treadmill again Saturday morning and then get to the projects. I want to shoot some test videos and get in the recording studio this weekend. Of course I have 100 people that want me to do 100 things this weekend, but I think this weekend I have to say no. I need to do for myself this weekend.
