First of all, I wanted to say that I read everyone that blogs to see how you are doing. It is nice to see I am not alone.
So today I got my phase 4 workout in, it was a chest/shoulders/tri workout. I really pushed myself and feel good about it. I also got my cardio on the treadmill in.
I had a protien shake after the work out as a meal, made myself with ice, two scoops of protein ( one vanilla, one chocolate), and two cups of 1%fat milk. Oh, and a blender. I have one more meal planned and it will bring me in right at my 2500 calorie goal, actually about 80 calories short. But that is okay. I am having a bacon sandwich and salad. The bacon is actually a variety I found that has about half the fat of normal bacon. Still not "low fat" but I do like bacon and I have budgeted for it. With this meal my P/C/F levels will be right on.
I am starting to feel that old fighter's body when I work out now. It is a nice feeling. It shows that my body has been changing with the work I am putting in. It is a nice reward to feel that solid feeling.
