Well, I ate according to my normal plan, yet because I made dinner as chicken and broccoli, I am way under calories. I have one more meal planned, but if I eat what I planned, I will fall 700 calories short of my goal. However I am NOT going to try to eat 1000 calories in one meal, those days are gone.

Today was a real challenge on eating, not because of temptation, but today my job tried to get in the way of my third meal. It did delay it by an hour. That is often my biggest challenge is getting my afternoon meal when I should due to the nature of working on Hospital equipment.

But I did get the meal in, just an hour late.

Without great challenges there are no great victories.
