Watching the kcal meter slowly add one and one kcal at the time on the treadmill got me calculating yesterday. i must admit that I was a bit discouraged as I realized that each kilo of fat lost represented 15-20 hours at the gym. SIGH.

The danger for me is to get too low on kcal intake. On Levaxin meds for my low metabolism I am able to loose weight, but I have to go lower on daily intake than the average person to end up with a negative sum.

Comparing half an hour extra on the treadmill to not eating 200 kcal, the danger is that it is easier to eat less many days and then to end up eating way too little and ruin the metabolistic rate even more. SIGH. Ate too little yesterday so will force myself to eat more today.

A stubburn voice inside me do wish there were an easy way out. I know there is not but how lovely it would be if one of the "loose 10 pounds in 10 days" adds were real and not a hoax. LOL

In short, I fear the fact that I have soooooo many kilos to loose that it means so incredibly many hours of working out very hard, and I might not be able to stay motivated for all those months, maybe even a couple of years.
