Ate a bit more today which was as I planned.

Exercise: 40 min on treadmill fat burn level in HR.
+ 3 sets on leg press and some stretching. No time for more today at the gym.

Hands are a bit achy, dry, stiff and swollen so I will try to get down loads of water, and hope for the best.
