I got up yesterday and stepped out into the cold and my right knee and ankle started to complain. These are the joints I had previous injuries too. By the time I got to work out time my ankle felt better but my knee was throbbing. So I did not work out yesterday hoping a day of rest will allow for a full workout today.
I decided if it was still aching today I would simply do a very low weight work out and wear a brace as this is a leg/back/bicep workout. I can do a normal weight work out with the back and bicep, I will just have to be careful with the legs and drop any exercises that I feel are hurting my knee. I spent three months rehabing a the knee, and skipping a leg work out is much preferred to rehab.

Food was good yesterday, high carb day, although I should have waited for today to be a high carb day to go with the work out.

My schedule today will be a little different since I am starting work a couple hours early, I should be home early to get the work out in, and maybe get to bed early.
