I realized that people are leaving comments on my blog, and I appreciate that. However I am unable to access them. I have tried on multiple computers from multiple locations but have had an Epic fail. So I have not been able to read a single comment.

So I ended up skipping a work out this week, the leg work out, due to the knee. Today I will do the chest/shoulders/triceps work out and attempt the treadmill with a knee brace.
