I decided to have a day of rest and recovery. I got a phone at 2 a.m. and was not able to go to sleep again before 5ish resulting in a night of about 4 hours sleep after some nights before this week with unrestful night.
All in all I decided to skip the gym today and concentrate on getting rested. If conditions outdoors had been less icy I would have taken a walk.
I have also concentrated on getting larger amounts of water in today. SO ...

I will try to use a simplefied version of the GHP for food the coming week. By simplefied I mean that I will try to go for the right combination per day. This far I have concentrated on portion control and eating healthy. I am not ready to make every meal perfectly right yet.
