About four months ago, when I started this program, a friend of mine started training like we did back in the days when we wrestled. He is forty-eight, seven years older than I am, and had lost twenty pounds and went from walking 2 miles a day to running 4.5 miles a day.
Late last week he had a heart attack. He survived and was fortunate to suffer no heart damage. The doctor's accredited his survival to the fact that he had dramatically increased his level of health.
WAKE UP CALL.
Been healing the knee. Calories have been a bit low, but I haven't had a full work out in several days so I am okay with it. I am not hungry nor tired and my balance of P/C/F is right on.
Work was crazy today, just got home and need to get some sleep before tomorrow starts, so it will be a Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday work out schedule. The knee feels a lot better so I will take it easy but try to get full work outs in.
