My Body told me today at work that I did a marvellous job yesterday in the gym, especially when I got up after having sat for a while. ;-)

Went to the gym after work but did only stretches and 40 min on the treadmill Fat Bruning HR at 120+ with medium intensity (incline 2.5, speed 4.7-5.2). My goal besides bruning those kcal was mainly to loosen up those muscles that worked really hard yesterday. I also did a set of calf raises without any DBs - enough without today.

Off for wok and shrimps. I do wonder by the way if any of you know why those laying in salty water has a much highter kcal content in all lists?
