Roger’s Philosophy

Everyone should view him or herself as an “athlete” in life.  Life itself is unpredictable, and when things happen suddenly, you have to be able to respond quickly and effectively.  Your body should be ready for life’s challenges and in order to do so, it is important to structure your training accordingly.  Make the most of your time in the gym by training smart…and efficiently.  Our time on this earth is precious to say the least, and it goes without saying that you don’t want to waste it.
