From GHF Member ... to Success Story ... to Personal Trainer

Julia joined Global Health & Fitness (GHF) to lose fat, improve her health, and get in better shape. As we do with all our members, we personally guided her step-by-step to achieving her goals ... and then some. In just 12 weeks on our program, she lost 8% body fat, increased her strength and energy considerably, and achieved the body she never thought was possible.

Once she achieved her goals, she wanted to help others do the same. So she worked hard to become certified in nutrition and as a personal trainer (ACE certification # 855430170) and we have since hired her on to teach you how to achieve the same amazing results! We are honored and privileged to have her as one of our 38 experts to consult with GHF members!

Julia recently designed her very own Xtreme training program that she enjoys teaching others. She is proficient in plyometrics, heavy bag training, strength training, cardiovascular exercise, sparring, and running as well as all other aspects of martial arts. And she now holds a black belt in a multi-styled American Kenpo system.

Julia recently wrote a book titled, "Who else wants to lose 40 pounds of fat in just 12 weeks?" One of the primary reasons she achieved such amazing results was because she followed the GHF Customized Diet Plan. In her new book she explains exactly what she ate during her amazing 12-week transformation, as well as her favorite nutritional tips, secrets and strategies for achieving the best possible results in the shortest amount of time.
