An Advocate for Choice and Change
At the foundation of Jyl Steinbacks work is a dual idea: "Life is full of choices and you can make a change!" More on Jyls personal philosophy: "I am passionate about helping people to live a lifestyle that improves the quality not only of their life but also that of future generations. This is not just a personal mission; it is my lifes quest. I feel like I was put on this earth to help people. I love to watch people change their lives for the better and feel extraordinary about themselves. I also am devoted to instilling healthy living in kids and teens, which is why I give seminars at schools. I want to start kids thinking about healthy living at an early age. Let's get healthy NOW!"
The Queen of No Fat

Two simple rules drive her work: "Move your body" and "Eat what you lovejust cut down on the fat!"
