Darin's Personal Philosophy

My personal philosophy is very simple: Life is short, and in order to live a life of total fulfillment, we must be balanced, fit, and as healthy and energetic as possible. Darin is passionate about leading by example. At the age of 42, he has been a truly drug free athlete his entire life.

He has over 14,000 hours of on the job training experience. Personal training very busy professionals, entrepreneurs, doctors, housewives, etc. into the best shape of their adult life. In addition to that he has trained himself (finding what works and does not work) well over 9,000 hours. That is a lot experiences to draw from. Bottom line is if you have 3-5 hours a week for exercise, and you have a desire, Darin has the plan.
