As one of eleven children of a migrant farm family, Victoria has overcome poverty, race discrimination, and eating disorders to become a top national health and fitness activist. She is ranked as one of the top four Superstars of Self-Esteem, along with Oprah and Tina Turner, and has twice been runner-up for International Dance Exercise Association (IDEA)'s Business Person of the Year. Victoria shares her positive, energetic approach to the business of health, nutrition, and exercise in a message and a vision that inspire, motivate, and empowers the individuals to take control of both their health and their life.

Award-Winning Dance and Fitness Video Producer

Victoria is the star and producer of--at last count--23 dance fitness videos. Four of these have been designated Fitness Videos of the Year. She is also the producer and star of her own television show, Victoria's Body Shoppe, which airs nationwide on Prime Sports Network.

Author, Speaker, and Trainer

Victoria has written several books; her most recent is Attitude, a 285-page lifestyle "encyclopedia," featuring sections on personal development, nutrition, and exercise (now available in AudioTape format). She is a contributing writer and featured fitness expert for a wide variety of publications, including Shape, Elle, Vogue, Black Enterprise, Rolling Stone, Longevity, and USA Today.

Victoria also serves as a corporate marketing and sales consultant as well as spokesmodel for LA Gear, Athletic Footwear, Nutrasweet, and Nike. She is a popular and acclaimed speaker worldwide. She is often the keynote speaker at business and health conferences, including the Oregon Health Sciences University's Center for Women's Health Conference, Sequent Computers, The National Convention of Black Women, Association of Health Underwriters, The National Basketball Association Players Association and the African American Wellness Conference. In recent years, she has appeared on dozens of national television shows including Good Morning America, Regis and Kathy Lee, Joan Rivers, and CNN-Sonia Live.
