8. The Stress Nine-One-One for Fitness software: Did you know that physical and emotional stress is the source behind 75-90% of all visits to primary healthcare practitioners? Did you also know that this same kind of stress can sabotage even the most well thought out fitness plan? It's true. The constant stress that most of us face daily increases the level of a very powerful stress hormone called Cortisol in the body.
