I have physical issues that limit my activities. Can you still help?
Yes. There are 38 experts on the GHF team, including some of the best-known doctors, physical therapists, and sports medicine experts.
We'll take everything into account and make absolutely sure that your workout routine is tailored to your specific situation.

 
I don't have money (or the desire) to join a gym. Is that a problem?
No. Most of our members don’t have access to a health club. Some have free weights or other home gym equipment, some use only resistance bands or their own bodyweight for their workouts. It doesn’t matter. After more than a decade of consulting online,
we’ve been challenged with every possible scenario imaginable. So whatever you do and don’t have access to, we’ll come up with an awesome workout plan that maximizes your time and energy for the best possible results.

It doesn’t matter what foods you can or cannot eat or have available. Our nutrition experts work with people with widely different food needs in over 170 countries. And over the last decade, we’ve successfully created effective, personalized nutrition plans for all of them.
Once you’ve completed the questionnaire and told us about your eating habits, we’ll get to work developing a plan that you’ll not only enjoy, but one that is perfect for your schedule and budget. What’s more, it will help you produce the best possible results in the shortest amount of time.
