  1. Click here to start. A small window will pop-up asking you, "Would you like open the file or save it to your computer?" Click on the Save button. (this should download the file)
  2. It will then prompt you to save it to your desktop. Again, click on Save.
  3. Once the download is complete, close the window.
  4. You'll now find a small image of two computers on your desktop called, "Monday Motivation by Global-Fitness.com." Double click on this icon and enter your e-mail, name, age, and gender so we can personalize our motivational content specifically for you.
  5. Click Continue and then the Yes button.
  6. A little star icon for your "Monday Motivation" will automatically appear in the lower, right-hand corner of your computer screen. After a few seconds, a small window will appear above this icon to let you know that your message is ready. Just click on this window and you'll instantly have access to the "Welcome" message that contains a link to the e-book, "Tools for Positive Living." That's all there is to it, enjoy!
