Salmon Pasta Salad
Makes: 8 servings Ingredients:
- 1 cup shell pasta
- 11 ounces canned salmon, drained, bones removed
- 1-1/2 green peppers, chopped
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 3/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 cup nonfat honey dijon salad dressing
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Combine pasta, salmon, peppers, celery, and onion in a bowl.
- Pour dressing over salad, toss and serve.
