Ingredients:

  • 2 small pineapples, peeled, cored and diced
  • 4 kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
  • 2 mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 papayas, peeled and diced
  • 2 cans black beans, rinsed
  • 1/2 poblano chile, seeded and diced
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 limes, juiced
  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Refrigerate for 12 hours and serve.
