"Two years after giving birth to my second child, I found myself in the worst shape of my life. Not only did my clothes not fit, my energy level and self-confidence were at an all-time low. I tried many of the latest "fad diets," many of which worked temporarily, but I repeatedly gained the weight back plus a little extra each time. Frustration would lead me to exercise sporadically but, when I didn't see immediate results, I would give up and go back to not exercising at all.

After much correspondence with Chad, I decided that this would be an investment that could give me more in return than I had ever experienced.

When I first joined, I weighed 133 pounds with 27% body fat. My 12-week goals were to lose at least 6% body fat, 15 pounds of fat, and increase my energy level. Right away I knew that joining GHF was the right decision for me. GHF's team of experts put together a work out regime that fit my schedule and my "at home" equipment. The workouts were easy to follow and the online video examples of the exercises were essential for a novice like myself. I found the programs that Chad had developed provided a lot of variety and that I wasn't getting tired of my workouts, but excited to see what I was going to be doing the next week.

Chad's constant encouragement and recommendations for improvement in my diet were pivotal in the success that I saw throughout my first 12-weeks. I found myself following the GHF Customized Diet Plan without the difficulty that I had thought I would. I had always considered myself knowledgeable when it came to nutrition, but I quickly learned that I had only brushed the surface. Over the past 12-weeks, GHF's experts, the online books available on the website, and all the many other membership benefits, have taught me more about nutrition than I could have ever imagined. I found their diet meal plan easy to follow and very fulfilling. Following the diet plan, I found that I did not get as hungry as I would normally get, and I also noticed a significant increase in my energy level as I cut out the "junk" in my diet and ate in combinations that were right for me.

Chad and his team were there anytime to answer any questions that I had or to give me a little extra push to help me stay focused on my goals. My body fat dropped 7% to 20% and I now weighed 119 lbs., a weight close to what I had weighed over eight years earlier and thought I would never see again! Thanks to this excellent program and everyone at GHF, I have confidence to wear my bathing suit at the beach once again!
