Before joining Global Health and Fitness I hadn't really touched any weights since High School, but it was easy to get started again because each workout is clearly laid out. And each exercise also has step-by-step instructions and if you still need help with proper technique, there is an online video demonstration as well.
Your program is so great and it really does work. The results I've seen after only the first 12 weeks are incredible! I can't wait to get started on the next 12 weeks.
