"When I first learned about the Global-Fitness.com online fitness program I thought, 'That's great, but it's not really something for me.' I have always been thin and never struggled with weight loss; instead, the biggest struggle I have had is keeping the weight on! Even though I have always been thin and very active in sports, I have never been completely confident with my appearance. I knew if I really ate a lot, I could probably gain a little weight, but I was not interested in doing so if it just meant I would increase my body fat and not necessarily improve my physical appearance.

When I received my twelve-week photos I was shocked; I couldn't believe that was actually a picture of me! Upon starting, I weighed 156 pounds and my body fat percentage was 11.5%. During the course of the twelve weeks, I was able to increase my lean muscle weight by more than 15 pounds and decrease my body fat by 3%! I now weigh 166 pounds and my body fat percentage is 8%!
