After an 8-week recovery from a major sports-related injury, I actually followed my doctor's advice - I hired a trainer to help me build muscle. After several successful weeks with a trainer, my wallet ran dry. That's when I began to self-train (something I do not recommend). There's so much conflicting information out there, and everyone in the gym has an opinion about what you should be doing. That's when I discovered Chad Tackett and GHF.

After taking the free tour on the GHF website, I was stunned about the value in the membership fee. "There's no way that you REALLY get all this for that price!" The irony is that it actually isn't too good to be true, but so much more. Chad and his experts did respond quickly to my emails; they were knowledgeable experts; they did give me attention based on my individual needs; they genuinely did offer all levels of support.

GHF even offered motivational tips, enough downloadable books to keep my eager interests satisfied, and the incremental membership fee was only slightly more than a one-hour session with a trainer at my gym.

With the continued help of Chad Tackett and others at GHF, I have gone light years beyond my original physical goals. More importantly, I've learned so much about weight training and nutrition that the lessons have become part of a new, exciting lifestyle.
