"When I read about the GHF Fitness Program, it sounded very intriguing and tailored to my metabolism, habits, and needs. I thought, 'Why not?' I worked with Chad to tweak my daily calorie goals, and used many of the recipes as templates to help me reach my targets for carbs and protein.
Dani helped me navigate the strength routines, and to my surprise, I found myself really enjoying the strength training and seeing an increase in power over time. The video clips were key to helping me have the confidence to go to the gym and implement the routines I was using machines I had never even noticed were there before! Each time a question arose, like hitting a plateau in the weight loss, or adjusting my strength training to accommodate an illness, I got the information that I needed within a day and was able to get right back on track.
More importantly, the nutrition component with the ProTrack software gave me the very tools I needed to be in charge of my weight and fat loss if I fell off the wagon for a few days, I could see exactly where the mistakes were and could make the very changes necessary to correct them and move forward.
I'm lifting much more weight than I thought I could, I'm down almost three pants sizes, and almost daily someone tells me that I'm looking healthier. I feel energized and motivated to keep moving in a positive direction goals that I once thought were unreachable have not only been met but surpassed, and I can't wait to see my current goals become realities as well. And as our life situation changes, I feel confident knowing that Chad, Dani, and the rest of the experts at GHF will continue to help me know what I need to keep moving forward."
