“Today is my 2-year anniversary with Global-Fitness (GHF); things are still going great!
2 years ago (The week I found GHF):
200 pounds, 21% body fat, cholesterol creeping up, waist was 37” and climbing, working out 4 times / week, but on an 8 year long plateau.
Goals were to lose 15 pounds of fat and reduce body fat to 12%. I began using GHF’s General Fitness workouts and did cardio 5 to 6 times / week.
1 year ago:
177 pounds, 11% body fat, cholesterol fantastic, waist 30” and shrinking, working out 4 times / week and getting amazing results. I lost 23 pounds of fat!
Set new goals to build muscle mass, but minimize fat gain. Switched to GHF’s Bodybuilding workouts, reduced cardio to 4 times / week.
Today (in video):
191 pounds, 13% bodyfat, cholesterol fantastic, waist 32” and holding, working out 4 times / week. Gained 14 pounds - 12 pounds muscle and 2 pounds of fat.
Next goals will be to switch back to fat-burning mode and lose some of the fat I have picked up in the awesome “muscle building phase” Chad at GHF put me through.
Chad Tackett and my trainers have helped me every step of the way with workouts, eating plan and cardio programs. I get great information from them, always on the same day I e-mail my questions.
It’s fabulous to have so much information all integrated to work together to help achieve my goals. I can’t say enough about this company, it’s changed my life permanently and I am much healthier because of it. Finally, after 60 years, I look the way I have wanted to look all my life, but never thought was possible.
