"I've been a member of GHF for 6 months and have lost almost 6% bodyfat, 10 pounds of fat, and increased my strength considerably. Becoming a member of GHF was a key component in making a significant difference in my physique transformation. All the many fitness tools and resources available through membership have been absolutely critical to my success.

GHF has assisted me in preparing healthy, delicious meals, not only for myself, but for my family as well. The GHF Customized Exercise Programs were extremely helpful in planning my routines and keeping my workouts from becoming boring. And your Monday Motivation has been great! The ability to log onto the GHF website and access their wealth of info anytime I needed was very helpful, as was the advice and support I've received from their experts. My fitness questions were always answered in a very prompt, detailed manner.

As I reflect back on the past six months since I joined GHF, I can honestly say that I feel better about myself now than I have in more than 5 1/2 years! And I don't look at this as if it's the end, but rather the beginning -- the beginning of a life-long journey of fitness and healthy eating.
